List of Documents to be produced at the time of Document Verification / Language Proficiency Test:
Candidates must present original documents and self-certified photocopies for verification during the Language Proficiency Test. These documents are essential to confirm the candidate’s qualifications and identity; without them, participation in the Language Test will be denied. Failure to provide necessary documents during the Language Test will result in the candidate being ineligible to continue in the recruitment process. This includes: a printed copy of the official Language Proficiency Test notification letter or email from the Bank, a valid, system-generated printout of the online application, registration, or enrollment form, and documentation verifying the candidate’s date of birth (such as a birth certificate from the relevant municipal authority or an SSLC/Std. X certificate with date of birth). In addition to the previously mentioned photo identification, applicants must submit semester-by-semester or year-by-year transcripts and certificates for all educational achievements, culminating in the final degree or diploma certificate. Official documentation from the respective board or university confirming the release of results is also required. During the online application process, candidates are obligated to specify their percentage scores for SSC, HSC, graduate, postgraduate, and diploma examinations, rounded to two decimal places. If a candidate’s academic record is based on CGPA or OGPA, it must be translated into a percentage and included in the online application. During any subsequent interviews or document checks, the candidate must provide a certificate from the relevant institution, confirming the university or board’s guidelines for converting grades to percentages, along with a statement of the candidate’s actual percentage score based on those guidelines. Applicants from SC, ST, OBC, or EWS categories must provide a caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority, adhering to the specific format mandated by the Indian government (details provided in the Annexure). OBC candidates’ certificates must explicitly state that they are not part of the “creamy layer” group, which is ineligible for reservation benefits in civil service positions under the Indian government. For candidates claiming OBC status, the caste certificate must include the “Non-creamy layer” designation and be current as of the Language Test date, issued no more than a year prior to the advertisement’s release. The caste listed on the certificate must precisely match the Central Government’s official list or notification. Individuals with disabilities falling under the “Benchmark Disability” category must provide a disability certificate adhering to the specified format, issued by the District Medical Board. For online exams, if a candidate utilized a Scribe’s assistance, they must provide the Scribe’s complete information using the specified form. Additionally, any other pertinent documents verifying their eligibility should be included.
