QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
1. Nationality/Citizenship Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
i) be a citizen of India, ii) be a subject of Nepal, iii) be a subject of Bhutan, or iv) An individual who fled Tibet and arrived in India prior to January 1st, 1962, with the aim of establishing permanent residency, or a person of Indian descent who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African nations like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam, with the purpose of permanently residing in India. However, individuals falling under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Indian government.

Applicants must have the specified qualifications, certifications, post-graduate work experience, as of the registration deadline, which is… Applicants must submit their Mark Sheets, Provisional Certificates, Degree Certificates, or Course Completion Certificates, all originating from a recognized University, College, or Institute, along with a work experience certificate pertinent to the field by March 24, 2025. The qualification results and certifications must have been officially announced on or before March 24, 2025.
It is crucial to verify that all certificates are current as of March 24, 2025. The Degree Certificate, or any equivalent certificate provided by the University, College, or Institute, must clearly state the result declaration date. If this date is not specified, the date indicated on the Mark Sheets, Provisional Certificate, Degree Certificate, or Course Completion Certificate will be used to determine eligibility. No further communication will be accepted regarding this matter. Applicants are required to clearly state the percentage achieved in their Graduation/Post Graduation degree or diploma, rounded to two decimal places, within the online application. If a CGPA, OGPA, or other grading system was used, it must be converted into a percentage and entered in the online application. The applicant must provide a certificate from the relevant authority, which, among other things, outlines the university or college’s policy on converting grades into percentages and specifies the candidate’s percentage score based on those established norms. The percentage of marks is determined by dividing a candidate’s total marks across all subjects and semesters/years by the total maximum marks achievable in all subjects and semesters/years, regardless of honors, optional, or additional optional subjects. This calculation method applies even to universities that determine class or grade solely based on honors marks. Any fractional portion of the resulting percentage will be disregarded. Nearly six out of every ten will be categorized as under 60%.
